4. Educational Purpose Only — Not Financial Advice
Trust My Levels provides educational content only. Nothing in our courses, mentorship sessions, DMs, posts, or any other communication constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, or any other personalized advice.
We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA), Commodity Pool Operator (CPO), or financial planner. We do not manage money on your behalf and do not recommend specific securities, instruments, or transactions for your individual situation.
Any examples, charts, or analyses we present are for educational illustration. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. Before making any trade or investment, consult with a licensed professional who knows your individual circumstances.
5. Risk Disclosure
Trading futures and options involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. You can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that:
- You understand and accept the risks of trading futures and options.
- You will only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
- You are responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes.
- No content we provide guarantees any specific result, profit, return, or outcome.
- Any results, testimonials, or examples shown are not typical and do not guarantee similar results for you.
CFTC Rule 4.41 — Hypothetical or Simulated Performance
HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER- OR OVER-COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.
6. Account and Access
Some Services require account registration. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Be responsible for all activity under your account.
- Not share your account access, credentials, or course content with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, including unauthorized sharing of access or content.
7. Payment, Billing, and Subscriptions

7.3 Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly Access subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until that period ends.
8. Refund Policy
All sales of digital course content are final once you have logged into the course portal or accessed any course content.
Specifically:
